YAY, another animation!
well..well..I guess Im high on animations today. XD
anyway....Im still learning effects and this is not about action scrip, this is about converting the pic to a movie and then mess with the color.
For this special effect, I chose Tails droping a chaos emerald and you can see that the emerald will shine and then make the stage white making you think that is a shine effect, but this animation is looped. XD
Made it in Flash Profesional 9 in 20 minutes and I will edit this link with new file which will have more pictures, but for now this is what I have to far. ^^

open your action script and place gotoandplay(1) to your last frame that will make it loop ^^
