I wouldn't discribe myself as a furry. I do like cartoon characters of foxes and things, but not in that way. I prefer the pictures to be clean.

But that said, I have nothing against people who do enjoy it on more intimate levels. It's just who they are and what they're into. :)

"Because you ordered tea..."
The furry fandom is fine, but you can get to a point when it's no longer a fandom, but a form of Pshycosis. But thats when you are acting like an animal, more than a human. Besides that, I'm fine with the furry fandom any day.

It could result in being quite confusing and misunderstandable at the same time, if I'm saying this... But I got the feeling furry-fandom has something that makes people go stupid over time. (Maybe it's what was already said, when people are turning into animals in their brain...)
I can't really find a reason for it myself. It's just that I am quite a little pre-determined by experiences with certain users already.
Though I am not one of those people who's going all like "Eww, furryfan? You're on my blocklist now! D:". Afterall, it's just a lot of people I knew who went down that already-mentioned road... but definetily not ALL of them.

So considering Furry fandom... neutral. If you like it, whatever.
Furry society... weird. But maybe it's just my own way of looking at those things, which makes it seem weird. Dunno... I don't care too much about it after all.

I guess it depends on the type of furry.

The Sonic/Mickey type is bipedal, wears clothes, & have language, but aren't really human-shaped or tall. I don't mind that type.

The Kemono type is basicly human with animal extensions or a few replacements. Angels & merfolk fall under the category. I like those too.

The most popular type on DA is the humanoid animal, the 50-%-50%, like Warewolves or Furcadians. I'm not big on that type except for maybe Gargoyles, but I only dislike the yiffy hentai sexy nekkid ones that take popularity in daily deviations.
