They could have at least slashed the PS3's price or announced some appealing exclusive games. Doesn't seem like they care that much about getting back into the console race at this point, now.

i really never liked sony, since i got the PS1 i knew it was crab!
anyway, i don't think the 360 is any better, it's expensive and u get the red ring of death as soon as u buy it
i want one but i have no money and i don't know what to do ( i didn't even get the chance to finish sonic unleashed! T.T my brother did but i couldn't i used to finish the town missions so i was way far from finishing it, i want a new 360 )

seems they may just be trying to wait for the "upswing" on this economic downturn that's been around lately... ;

I know those things are like "space age technology", so I'm pretty sure that simply dropping the prices like that just to sell them would ultimately hurt them anyways.

of course they're not making any money on them right now, by not selling them...but seems they think it's better to wait for their "cash-in" to finally catch up with their investments. xD;

couple of things...cheaper than wii more games than the wii and there both NON-HD so there more or less the same other than no motion controller but they have the Eye Toy..... and the mics....so technicly its tight decision in how hard the credit crunch has hit peoples pockets and with easter coming up thered gonna be alot of sales, and with the playstation been out alot longer with alot more varority of games it look well for sony.
No i'm not a fan boy befor any of you say anything I own all the consoles and not biast I love games dearly as much as anyone else hench i'm studying games desgin at uni.
I hate how people huff and puff over petty things end of the day its bussiness I know its sucks but times are hard and we just have to deal with it
