Yap, that was the resonse I got from work yesterday when I told them that I couldn't work because I wasn't feeling good health-wise.
But no, they whatever it and said "whatever, come to work at 5pm ok? bye! *giggle and hangs up*"
Me: .... -.-

I mean...why would you whatever someone's health status? Well, just because of that, the night was a nightmare, my sore throat got 2X worse and my nose got 2X worse and my voice is deeper...ugh...I feel like crap. >.<
But when does any job care for the health status of their workers anyway? if they do, people will revolt and rejoice!
So now I have Sore Throat + Allergies + Stuffed nose + messed up nose. What's next?! >.<

Be glad it's not the "Mexican Flu", atleast I hope it's not that one...

Also, try calling them again and explain to them why you can NOT come. Perhaps that idiot didn't knew exactly yet or thinks you're just telling him you are sick. Perhaps he should come to your house and see it for himself.

They should keep you home since that damn flu outbreak has been going on. Eh, not to say that you have it though ^^;.

Gotta love management that doesn't care about the well-being of their employees. =/

Bosses who throw the health of their employees under the bus (especially when it's enough to require staying home and getting well) don't deserve such a high position.
